⭐️POTW⭐️ – How do you keep yourself in high spirits in the midst of difficult times?

This week’s paragraph of the week topic was very beneficial for me to write about because while I was writing, I felt very grateful to have these people and other parts of my life that are very helpful to me. Even during those hard times, I have so many supportive people by my side.

    You are so right, that there may not always be one go-to solution for every scenario. Having a “toolbox” of ideas that help make you feel better is a great suggestion. Talking, crying, and exercising, are all ways to express your emotions and get them out in the open where they can be dealt with, rather than bottling them up inside. I’m so glad you have so many strategies that work for you!

      Thanks for commenting Mrs. Thompson! I am also very thankful that I have a “toolbox”. I hope many other people have one too because solutions to problems are hard to find, but once you do, it really changes your view.
